RAXON TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Raxon website, services, software, mobile applications, and participation in events organized by Raxon Global Sport Tournaments Organizing Services Co. L.L.C S.O.C. (‘Raxon’, ‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, registering for an event, purchasing a ticket, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. 7. Competition Rules
Participants must comply with event-specific rules, judge decisions, timing systems and safety instructions. Decisions of officials are final unless an appeal process is announced. 8. Health Declaration
Participants confirm they are medically fit, understand the physical demands of competition and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. 10. Media Release
Participants grant Raxon a worldwide, royalty-free licence to record and use photographs, videos, livestreams and interviews for marketing, promotion and historical archives. Raxon reserves the right to interpret and enforce these Terms reasonably to protect participants, spectators, staff, volunteers, sponsors, partners and the integrity of competitions.
11. Rankings
Results, names, clubs, countries, categories, rankings and statistics may be published on the website and social media. Users are expected to comply with all published procedures, safety notices, operational instructions, and applicable laws. Raxon reserves the right to interpret and enforce these Terms reasonably to protect participants, spectators, staff, volunteers, sponsors, partners and the integrity of competitions.
12. Code of Conduct
Cheating, abusive language, harassment, discrimination, violence, doping, equipment tampering or unsafe behaviour may result in disqualification and account suspension. 13. Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, software, designs, content and databases remain the intellectual property of Raxon or its licensors.
